University Council

The University Council serves as a central academic and institutional governance body supporting the effective development and implementation of Novera University's academic mission.

Working within the University's governance framework, the Council contributes to academic oversight, policy development, strategic planning, quality enhancement, program review, research development, and student success.

Its work is guided by the University's core values of academic excellence, integrity and ethics, innovation and creativity, diversity and inclusion, social responsibility, lifelong learning, professional excellence, global citizenship, collaboration, and partnership.

The University's governance model also incorporates executive leadership, academic leadership, quality assurance structures, program advisory bodies, research and ethics oversight, and student-support structures.
